Bournemouth Aviation Group has agreed to be the eyes and ears of Dorset Police and report any suspicious activity at Bournemouth International Airport.
Christchurch Section Commander Inspector Andrew Earley said: “While there is no more threat to Bournemouth International Airport from terrorism than anywhere else in the country, and this partnership will not replace security already in existence at the airport, we hope that by working with local aviation enthusiasts we can keep the airport safe from aviation crime.”
