New Delhi, Oct.10 The Ministry of Civil Aviation has given in-principle approval to Kingfisher Airlines to import 50 Airbus aircraft including 15 Airbus A-350.
The Ministry has also given its nod to the airline for importing 20 Airbus A-320, five Airbus A-340 and 10 Airbus A-330 aircraft. Kingfisher Airlines signed a memorandum of understanding with Airbus Industries for these aircraft at the Paris Air show in June this year. The order is valued at more than $7 billion.
