NEW DELHI: India has been re-elected to the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), the UN agency which codifies principles and techniques of air travel worldwide.
R K Singh, Joint Secretary in the Civil Aviation Ministry, was elected as the Chairman of the Economic Commission of the ICAO, which has Naseem Zaidi as the Indian representative, an official spokesperson said.
