NEW DELHI: Indian carriers' opposition to providing mandatory free facilities to physically challenged passengers has put the government under pressure.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) - which had earlier proposed this in a draft civil aviation requirement - has re-sent its proposal to the aviation ministry with the airlines' stand.
