The anti-terrorist marksmen aboard flights leaving Canada are so "surgical" in their precision that there is little chance of an uncontrolled shootout in the sky, the Air India inquiry heard Wednesday.

RCMP Supt. Alphonse MacNeil said people chosen as aircraft protective officers are so highly trained that they are probably the best qualified in the world for their jobs.
