Sanajay Kapoor of Khana Khazana fame joins Singapore Airlines culinary panel

Singapore Airlines International has announced a nine-member culinary panel that includes award-winning Khana Khazana host, Sanjeev Kapoor. He is the only Indian in the panel that includes three US chefs, and one chef each from France, Australia, Japan, UK and Hong Kong.

Senior vice-president Yap Kim Wah was full of praise for the Khan khazana expert, saying, "His creativity and innovation with Indian cuisine will be a welcome addition to the global cuisines and add to the variety of menus offered onboard."

A popular TV host, Sanjay Kapoor has several culinary achievements to his credit. His cookery show 'Khana Khazana' has been running for 13 years and has won the 'Best Cookery Show' award several times. He has also been restaurant consultant at several prestigious establishments including the Al Nasr Leisureland in Dubai, the Grain of Salt at Kolkata and the countrywide chain of restaurants, The Yellow Chilli.

In addition, he has produced a range of successful products including Pickles, Blended Masalas, Sprinklers and 123 Ready To Cook Mixes. His books on Indian Recipes have also received rare reviews and shown his versatility and range with food products. Not only has he been a presence at International Culinary Festivals, he has also recently received the 'Award for Brand Excellence.'
