Paramount Airways to fly Kochi-Hyderabad

Chennai-Bangalore, Chennai-Madurai flights also planned

Madurai-based airline Paramount Airways is planning to start flights from Hyderabad to Kochi, beginning April 11, banking on an increase in passenger traffic between these cities. Paramount Airways is also planning to commence services between Chennai-Bangalore and Chennai-Madurai.

The airline will operate a 74-seater Brazilian aircraft Embraer 170 aircraft on these sectors. Paramount Airways intends to offer competitive and flexi-fares.

The fares for Hyderabad-Chennai tickets would start at Rs 2,220 and go up to Rs 6,240. The fares for the Hyderabad-Kochi flight would start Rs 5,670. On booking tickets, besides the travel agents, the passengers themselves could book tickets online using their credit cards.

The airline had recently started a campaign in the city to promote the new services.
