Air Deccan Mumbai-Trivandrum, Delhi-Trivandrum flights soon

Air Deccan has announced the launch of two more flights for Kerala. The first is a Thiruvanathapuram-Delhi flight via Chennai and the second is a Thiruvanathapuram-Mumbai flight via Kochi. Both flights will commence from April 23. Thiruvananthapuram will be the seventh base for Air Deccan. Air Deccan will take delivery of a new Airbus A320 to ply the new routes, and it will based in Thiruvanathapuram.

Air Deccan ticket bookings for the above routes has started on Sunday, March 26, for travel upto August 31, 2006. Tickets for the Delhi-Thiruvanathapuram and Mumbai-Thiruvanthapuram can be booked online at the Air Deccan website, via SMS, through Reliance Webworld outlets and also through travel agents.

Air Deccan already has bases in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai.

Air Deccan in a press release said that there was a lot of demand for Thiruvanthapuram flights from Delhi and Mumbai. Air Deccan already has daily flights from Thiruvathapuram to Chennai and Bangalore. Besides, Air Deccab also has flights to Kochi and Kozhikode airports in Kerala.
