Low-budget airline Air Deccan has introduced a new service between Tiruchi-Chennai, and an additional flight between Mumbai and Bangalore. The plane departs from Chennai at 1.35 pm and reaches Tiruchi by 2.35 pm. The return journey will begin by the plane taking off from Tiruchi at 2.55 pm and reaching Chennai at 3.55 pm.

Air Deccan has also announced introduction of an additional daily flight in the Bangalore-Mumbai sector. The services are slated to commence from February eight and the carrier is offering a concession rate of below Rs 1,500 for 50 per cent of the seats till February 14.

The flight will leave Mumbai at 19.35 hours and reach Bangalore at 21.05 hours. It would take off from Bangalore at 21.40 hours and reach Mumbai at 23.10 hours, enabling a business traveller to finish his day's work and get back to Mumbai.
