Inarguably, the issue that took centre stage at the first ever National Conference on Civil Aviation, held recently in the capital city, was the need for the Central Government to work in collaboration with the State Governments to deal with the many issue plaguing the industry. Indian aviation is flying high today, but the only way it can sustain the upward flight is if the Centre and States manage to strike a feasible balance.
