New Delhi: A high-level team of officials from the ministry of civil aviation is visiting Bangalore on Friday for an on-the-spot inspection of facilities being developed at the new international airport at Devanahalli before grant of a license.
The airport will open for commercial traffic on 30 March, after inauguration by the prime minister.
Ministry officials had made an earlier inspection of the greenfield airport on 8 February and offered several suggestions on various aspects of the project so that it would fully adhere to the required norms.
