A Delhi-based businessman carrying Rs 3.5 lakh in cash was forced to bribe a CISF sub-inspector at Santacruz airport with Rs 20,000, so that he could fly with the rest of the money. Rajkumar, the CISF sub-inspector, threatened Chiranjeet Singh, saying he would call in the I-T sleuths and have him arrested on false charges.
